Dubai has many free attractions to people with Disabilities. They fully believe in hospitality and treating those with disabilities well as they believe in Quran and that everyone deserves respect and dignity on a human level.

I am American but my husband is from here. We have been treated better here than America by far from the government. They are extremely kind and respectful to people with disabilities. They also have similar programs as the U.S. for their citizens.

It has been four years since I have been back to what over 20 years became a second home and it has grown to be better than before. Accessibility is important to this Kingdom and I am proud to have my husband born in Dubai.

Hi! From our experience, most attractions in Dubai do require official proof of disability (sometimes the SANAD card, usually some international document) to grant free or discounted entry. Without documentation, it’s unlikely they’ll offer it. In our case, Nick was in a wheelchair, so the accessibility need was obvious, and we didn’t get asked for documents at places like the Museum of the Future or Zabeel Park. With hearing aids, though, you’ll probably need some form of proof.
